- Any cancellations made between 4 business days (17:00 local time) to 3 business days (17:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 3 business days (17:00 local time) to 2 business days (17:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 2 business days (17:00 local time) to 1 business days (17:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 80% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 17:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Requests for changes in itinerary may warrant additional fees.
- A regular taxi will be provided for 1-2 passengers, and a jumbo taxi for 3-6 people.

- Children five (5) years old and under are free, but will need to sit on a parent or guardian's lap if there are no available seats.
